Who made blue finishing mower

I just bought a Kubota B6100E tractor and the seller threw in an old, non-working finishing mower. The ID tag has been torn off, leaving only a postage stamp sized scrap with the number 010 indented into it. It is grey-blue in color (not New Holland Blue). Does anybody have any information as to the manufacturer or model #? Photo link below.ThanksBill.
